2. STK Points — No Monetary Value
STK points are a virtual community reward currency with no real-world monetary value. They are not redeemable for cash, do not constitute property, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Platform. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or discontinue STK points at any time without liability.
3. Leaderboard & Wager Data
Leaderboard data is sourced from third-party affiliate APIs (SUIT.GG, Shuffle). We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Rankings and wager totals displayed are for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time figures.
4. Rewards & Prizes
All rewards, prizes, and store redemptions are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or substitute any reward without notice. Prize delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures in prize fulfilment caused by third parties.
5. Gambling Disclaimer
getSTACKED is a community engagement platform. We do not operate, endorse, or facilitate gambling. Links to third-party gambling platforms (SUIT.GG, Shuffle) are affiliate links. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction. You must be of legal gambling age in your region to participate.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
